If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 4. Return Shipping Fees Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and cover all return shipping costs to make it right. Change of Mind / Standard Returns: For standard returns (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 6.
